Join us for a night of Irish joke-slinging with a special headliner born in the heart of Ireland, Adam Burke. Voted Best Standup by The Chicago Reader, Burke has graced comedy festivals like Bridgetown and Just for Laughs, and opened for renowned comedians including John Mulaney and Aziz Ansari. Joining him is the hilarious Peter-john Byrnes, known for his unique voice and performances at Just For Laughs Chicago and the Limestone Comedy Festival. Don't miss this evening of laughter and entertainment!

Headliner: Adam Burke Born in the heart of Ireland headliner Adam Burke began his stand-up comedy career after his research for an article on the Chicago stand-up comedy scene for Chicago Social magazine led him to do an open mic night himself.
Burke was voted Best Standup by readers of The Chicago Reader in 2014,and won Second City's Up Next Comedy Competition.
He has performed in comedy festivals such as the Bridgetown Comedy Festival in Portland Oregon, Just for Laughs Chicago, and Funny Or Die's Oddball Comedy Festival. He has opened for comedians including Marc Maron, Jeff Ross, Hannibal Burress, John Mulaney, Hari Kondabolu, Maria Bamford, Michael Ian Black, Kumail Nanjiani, John Oliver, Tracy Morgan and Aziz Ansari.
Featuring: Peter-john Byrnes has been described as having "a voice both hilarious and at times uncomfortable in the best of ways." (NUVO) He's performed at Just For Laughs Chicago, the Limestone Comedy Festival, and the Arch City Festival. He's been on the Bob and Tom show. His album recording, "American History XXX," played to sold-out audiences at the Indianapolis Fringe, and he's written for both the Chicago Reader and MAD Magazine.
